Through our Enhance programme, we help charities that we fund identify what (if any) support might help them work more effectively. We offer support through various areas such as stronger governance, leadership training, clear strategy and planning and effective communications and marketing.
In 2018, the Institute of Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) examined the impact of the Enhance programme on twenty charities to examine how it impacted their staff, service users and whether any positive changes were sustained.
