Charities funded by Lloyds Bank Foundation submit annual monitoring reports sharing their most pressing challenges, the situation for the communities they serve, how the sector could respond, and their successes. 

We review these quarterly to gain a better understanding of the environment for small charities and adapt our work so we can better respond to charities’ needs. In sharing a summary of these reports, we hope they provide useful information to charities, funders and the wider sector.  

This document captures the views of 59 small and local charities supported by Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales, compiled from monitoring reports completed between April and June 2024. 

The report is broken down under two main themes, including 'Positive Outcomes' as well as some of the main challenges our small charity partners are facing.
