Sarah Legg

Sarah is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group and joined the Foundation Board in July 2021. She is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Risk and Responsible Business Committees at Lloyds Banking Group.
Previously she spent almost 30 years with HSBC, as a Group General Manager, Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific. Sarah also served on the Board of Hang Seng Bank Limited in Hong Kong for eight years.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. She was appointed as the Chair of the Campaign Advisory Board of King’s College, Cambridge University in 2018, in which capacity she continues to focus on access and wider participation.
