Poppy Thomas

Poppy joined the Foundation in August 2022 in a new role as Networks Manager, sitting within the Communications team. This role has been created to bring together work on networks as part of the Foundation’s package of support to our charity partners – Poppy will be working together with colleagues across the Foundation to build an approach to enhance the use of networks as part of our new strategy.

Poppy has come to the Foundation from a local authority where she worked in roles supporting the local voluntary sector and in commissioning services, predominantly housing-related and community services. Prior to that she worked in a housing-related social enterprise. She is passionate about building relationships and partnerships and enabling collaboration, and is looking forward to doing so in this role.

Outside of work Poppy likes to walk – both around London and beyond, and with or without her dog – and listen to podcasts.
