Meet the team at Lloyds Bank Foundation

Marc is acting as maternity cover for Caroline in the role of Policy & National Programmes Manager.  Marc joins LLoyds Bank Foundation after nearly ten years at the Zacchaeus 2000 Trust – a small welfare rights and anti-poverty charity based in London.  In that role, he led on the organisation’s policy influencing work and public campaigning against the Government’s cuts to Social Security benefits, for example, the Benefit Cap, disability benefit assessments and the “localisation” of Council Tax Benefit.

Marc has also worked for Save the Children and the Prison Reform Trust, and spent eight years at Shelter, where he led on its parliamentary lobbying on the Housing Act 2004, the Welfare Reform Act 2007 and the 2007 Comprehensive Spending Review.
