Wales, Policy and Partnerships Manager
Kelly joined our Policy, Communication, and Research team in 2023, bringing with her 9 years of experience in community development, participatory research, and community organising. Originally from Anglesey and now based near Wrexham, Kelly most recently worked as People, Campaigns and Learning Lead for TCC Wales, the UK’s oldest community organising alliance, where she worked with diverse community groups, partners and allies to influence on a number of issues related to poverty alleviation, equity and inclusion.
Kelly has an International Masters in Adult Education for Social Change and has intermediate-level Welsh. She is also on the board of the Institute of Welsh Affairs, Wales’ leading independent Think Tank. As Wales Policy and Partnerships Manager, Kelly’s role focuses on strengthening our influencing work in Wales and beyond. She is passionate about ensuring lived experience is at the core of decision-making.
