Clarissa has over 25 years of experience working in the third sector in a variety of roles and is a passionate advocate of local (homegrown) services delivered by people who live locally. Currently, her role is Deputy CEO for EACH Counselling and Support a London-based Black and Minority Ethnic by and for charity supporting people with issues of Domestic Violence, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse. Clarissa is personally and professionally committed to addressing inequalities that adversely impact the lives of people and their ability to reach their full potential. Clarissa loves to swim and has been a proud and active Ealing resident since arriving to the U.K in 1993, she was a founding member and trustee of both the Ealing and Action Credit Union and Ealing Law Centre.  She is one secondment to Lloyds Bank Foundation, working on our People and Communities work.
