Clare Rance
Head of Community-Led Change - South of England
Clare joined the Foundation in 2016 following over 20 years’ experience in the VCS and public sector. She has worked as the Foundation’s Manager for the South-West supporting a portfolio of over 60 local charities and contributing to the Foundation’s work to develop our relational way of working, our organisational development support and skills-based volunteering with Lloyds Banking Group. Her previous experience includes Grant Manager roles at two community foundations, development roles in the public sector with a focus on multi-agency partnership, and for Oxfam as a regional retail manager. She is now Programme Manager for the Local Collaborations Programme.
