Aaliya Ali
Research and Evaluation Officer
Aaliya joined the Foundation in April 2022 as the Research and Evaluation Officer. Using her background as a Research Assistant with both quantitative and qualitative analysis, Aaliya uses research, evaluation and data for the Foundation and our charity partners to learn and improve our work.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Aaliya completed an undergraduate degree in BSc (Hons) Psychology and a master’s degree in MSc Clinical Mental Health whilst volunteering her knowledge and skills across the charity sector. Having worked with charities that delivered services around domestic abuse, mental health and asylum seekers and refugee sectors, Aaliya felt that working with Lloyds Bank Foundation was a great way to support a diverse range of charities on a wider level.
